Medical Qigong is an ancient branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine that restores balance and vitality by regulating the body’s energy system. These sessions may include guided breathwork, visualization, light acupressure, reflexology, or hands-off energy techniques designed to clear stagnation, harmonize organ systems, and strengthen the flow of Qi (life energy).

Each session is customized to support emotional balance, physical renewal, and deep energetic harmony.

Medical Qigong sessions are not massage therapy and do not involve manipulation of soft tissue. Clients remain fully clothed throughout the session.

Dr. Cynthia McNamara, Co-Founder, Psychologist & Certified Integrative Health Coach

I’m a psychologist, health coach, and lifelong student of how the mind, body, and spirit work together to create lasting well-being. My journey began with a deep curiosity about how our thoughts and behaviors shape our health, and it’s led me to blend science, psychology, and holistic wellness into a compassionate, practical approach to transformation.

I earned my degree in Psychobiology from Yale and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a focus in neuropsychology from The Ohio State University. After years in the pharmaceutical industry leading innovative, evidence-based work, I wanted to bring that same rigor and care to helping people on a more personal level.

Now, as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I guide clients through small, meaningful shifts that build resilience and balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group programs, or community events, my goal is to help people reconnect with what truly nourishes them and create lives rooted in vitality and self-trust.

Together with my co-founder, Katrina, we created a space where science meets spirit, and wellness is anything but one-size-fits-all. We believe in living life with intention, authenticity, and a sense of joy, Full Color.
